After looking at it without the time constraints, the bishop sacrifice was a bad move. First, had you taken the pawn with your knight instead of your bishop on the 12th move, I could never hope for the bishop sacrifice because the bishop and the queen would attack the knight on g5. However, you would have been in a winning position had you moved the knight to h5 instead of moving the bishop to d6. I still need to refine when is exactly a good time to employ the bishop sacrifice. It worked here in a live timed game and I also had a recent success with it in a gameknot game. My opponent missed a series of defensive plays that would have proved my bishop sacrifice was a faulty one. Thanks for playing! It was fun.
